Fountainhead is the southernmost F3 AO in JeffCo, located at the De Soto High School football field. Fountainhead is a reference to De Soto being known as Fountain City, as well as its definition as “an original source of something new.” Come join the PAX of F3 for a great workout while having fun and making new friends. This AO has many offerings, including a turf football field, a practice field with tires, a track, multiple bleachers, and a paved trail to ruck. F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith and is completely free. The only commitment is to push yourself. We leave no man behind and leave no man where we found him.
